The first step is to select a date that you would like to have your fundraiser on, you may for example want to run it as part of your Local Gala or to coincide with a National event. But be careful that it doesn't clash with something that will keep people away, like a local function, cup final or other major sporting event. It is important that you give yourself at least 6 weeks to properly organise and sell your event…

The next step is to secure a venue making sure that it has enough room to accommodate your needs and that it is available for the date you require, once you have confirmed the venue you should contact us to arrange a booking for the package that you have selected.

This is a question we are often asked and there are a lot of things to be taken into consideration, the biggest one is, how much time are YOU prepared to invest to make your fundraiser a success. The most important thing with any event is to get the maximum number of people to attend
